Open House - Visit Our Live-Work space

We are delighted to be selected for Open City with Open House: Open 4th, 8th-10th September

Flow was redesigned in 2014 by John Pardey to combine a gallery with a live-work space for Yvonna. Flow is open 8th-10th this week to explore the gallery and Yvonna’s living space full of beautiful objects. Including pieces from her travels across the world with Makers and Museums and our beautiful artists over the years.

These images were taken by Genevieve Lutkin as part of Modern House’s feature of the gallery. The interview with Yvonna is about the founding and transformation of the gallery in 2014

“I’ve had Flow Gallery since 1999, and it became my live/work home in 2014 when I sold my Victorian house in Shepherd’s Bush and converted part of the gallery into a contemporary flat.

If you were to move, what would be the first thing you’d take with you?
“A glass table with cream leather-clad chairs that fit under the top, designed by Merrow Associates. It was the first piece of furniture that my mother bought from Heal’s in 1971, together with a Danish rosewood sideboard with brass handles, when we arrived in England having left everything behind in Poland. It holds a lot of memories for me.”
