SHINHYEOK HA
A Solo Show
_
Opening January 28th 2026, Flow is pleased to announce our first solo show by South Korean Ceramic Artist ShinHyeok Ha.
Growing up in Korea, where mountains are visible almost everywhere, ShinHyeok developed a sensitivity to nature. He recalls spending time observing distant ridgelines; mist drifting across the peaks, water seeping into the earth and subtle shifts in light and colour. These experiences gradually drew him toward clay - a material that felt inseparable from the landscape.
For ShinHyeok, working with clay is a meditative process in which time, movement, and touch meet. His vessels, built slowly by hand through layered coiling, echo the depth and spatial sensibility of East Asian landscape painting. The resulting surfaces retain the traces of their making, like brushstrokes or sedimented time.
Please join us for the Private View on the evening of January 28th, 18:00 - 20:00.

Collaboration between potter Edmund de Waal and architectural photographer Helene Binet
Helene Binet is a Swiss and French internationally acclaimed photographer based in London, who has captured de Waal's installations and the spaces in which his work is shown, including his studio and exhibition venues. Flow is pleased to present an edition from the collaboration between potter Edmund de Waal and architectural photographer Helene Binet. The photograph was taken in 2007, of de Waal's ceramic installation, 'A Change in the Weather', on display during an exhibition at Kettles Yard where his works were integrated into the home of Jim Ede.
